etracer vacuum tube configuration files package version 1.1 uploaded

The tube configuration files package version 1.1 is uploaded. It contains bug fixes for many rectifiers. Thanks Chris Khng for finding this bug. Affected tubes:
274B, GZ34_old, GZ34_new, CV378, 5R4, 5U4, 5Y3, 80,AZ1,5Z3 and 6CA4 (pin assignment fix).

A video clip will be created to explain the fix. Users of software version 2.0.3 and 2.1.10alpha or earlier versions please update your configuration files with this upload.
